使用springframework.Cache本地缓存

        CaffeineCacheManager cacherManager=new CaffeineCacheManager();
        cacherManager.setAllowNullValues(true);// 为防止缓存穿透(允许缓存中存放value为空的key,相应的过期时间设置短一些)
        cacherManager.setCaffeine(caffeineObj);
        cacherManager.setCacheNames(getCacheNames());
        return cacherManager;
