CANdelaStudio 教程（一）Getting started

One CANdela document describes one ECU. 一个CANdela文件描述一个ECU。

Create a new document: use menu File|New and specify the CANdela template to be used (typically provided by the vehicle manufacturer). 创建一个新文件：使用菜单 File|New 或使用CANdela模板（通常是由汽车制造商提供的）。

CANdelaStudio displays a CANdela document in a tree structure, like the chapter of contents of a book. CANdelaStudio 使用树状图显示 CANdela 文件。 DTCs: navigate to "Diagnostic Trouble Codes", element "Overview...". In the DTC list in the right side, right click on a DTC and click "Go To..." to inspect or edit the DTC in a specific variant. DTCs：跳转到 Diagnostic Trouble Codes，Overview。在DTC列表的右边，右键一个DTC，然后点击 “GO to”可以查看和编辑指定的DTC。

DIDs: in the tree, navigate to the "Base Variant" (or "Common Diagnostics"), in there navigate to "DIDs". To save a document for some other tool of Vector which supports opening only documents of older CANdelaStudio versions: menu File | SaveAs, then select the older version in the "Version" list at the bottom of the dialog. 需要将一个文件保存为旧版本，可以通过菜单 File | SaveAs 另存为对应版本的格式。

Tips for editing

Edit properties of a diagnostic object in a Property dialog: use the "Properties" menu item in the context menu (right mouse). Most often, a double-click will work, too (a double click means "Open" which sometimes just navigates in the tree). 在属性窗口编译一个诊断对象的属性：使用 Properties 菜单，可以右键和双击进入。

Edit an object directly in a list: press key "F2" (or left click twice, slowly). 直接编辑列表中的对象，按 F2 或左键慢速双击。

Edit multiple objects at once: select the objects in a list in the desired column, press key "F2", specify the new value, press ENTER. Note: not all lists in CANdelaStudio support this feature. 一次性编辑多个对象：选中需要编辑的对象，按F2，指定新的值，按ENTER驱动。注：并非所有列表都支持。

Copy data from a list e.g. to a spreadsheet: select the list rows, then press Ctrl-C. This copies "what you see" to the clipboard. 从列表中复制数据，例如复制到一个电子表格：选择列表的行，按 Ctrl-C。

Remember an object and quickly navigate to it again later: use the "Back" and "Forth" buttons of ribbon or copy its "object path" ("npath://...") from the navigation area to the Windows clipboard and paste it back later. 标记一个对象并在后面快速浏览：使用 Back 和 Forth快捷键，或者从导航窗口中（软件窗口右上角）复制对象路，后面直接粘贴上去。
