解决方法：
git config --global http.sslverify "false"
执行后重新npm install
再次说明：
上述问题是install时访问github网络问题造成的，具体问题具体分析，看下报错中指向的是安装哪个组件；当初使用这个办法可能是网络通了，但不一定会总是可用
