npm 安装报错 npm ERR!解决

在使用npm安装nodemon的时候出现报错，如下：

Its possible that the file was already in use (by a text editor or antivirus), npm ERR! or that you lack permissions to access it. npm ERR! npm ERR! If you believe this might be a permissions issue, please double-check the npm ERR! permissions of the file and its containing directories, or try running npm ERR! the command again as root/Administrator.

解决方法如下：

打开我的电脑，进入c盘，找到用户文件夹。

在用户文件夹里找到.npmrc 文件，删除该文件，问题就能解决。

删除.npmrc文件后，再次使用npm安装nodemon，得到如下结果：
