分析原因
据说是Tesorflow-gpu 2.4.1，默认情况下，不再注册XLA：CPU和XLA：GPU设备。如果确实需要它们，请可使用
os.environ[TF_XLA_FLAGS] = --tf_xla_enable_xla_devices
但是此标志最终将在后续发行版中删除。
解决方法
将
